Jobs for convicted felons come in a variety of opportunities, with some options coming by way of seasonal employment.  If you are interested in getting new experience in a career abroad, you may want to consider seasonal jobs that are offered internationally.   In many cases, these jobs are considered security jobs in the mercenary line of work.    While we typically think of mercenary jobs as that involving violence, often these jobs abroad are not violent at all.  In fact, many overseas contract jobs are now new careers for felons that include simply working in security for companies that need additional security during their peak seasonal periods.   For example, companies that produce holiday related products need additional security services as they manufacture and export their products globally.   When considering new mercenary employment opportunities, be sure to consider seasonal jobs that are abroad even when the job is short term.  As we all know, it is better to have a job as you continue to look for more permanent jobs.

Jobs for convicted felons can be as simple as pursing seasonal jobs and for many people this opens up whole new opportunities for landing long term employment.   If you are considering seasonal jobs this Christmas, and if you have a seasonal job, we always recommend that you acknowledge your employer, even if it is a temporary place of employment, by offering a seasonal gift.   For example, we have one reader that has given christmas baskets to their seasonal employer. Since this was the same method used last year when seasonal employment was offered, this reader has found it has worked quite effectively at not only bringing beautiful holiday cheer to the place of employment but it also brings some degree of acknowledgment to them as an employee and, in this case, led to a more permanent job. While money may be tight this holiday season, never forget to use your holiday flair, and thank your seasonal job employer for giving you the opportunity to work by giving a Christmas basket as a holiday treasure.
