Many times, professional staffing agencies are willing to offer you a job but they typically want to make sure you are trustworthy and reliable so, ask about the part time evening jobs, the weekend jobs, and any other short term assignments that will help you get noticed as a felon who needs work. Once you’ve done time with the staffing agency, often then will feel more confident to place you with a client that will pay more and even help to give you a reference when the time comes to offer you a temp-to-hire job or jobs for ex cons catered to your needs.
